Coaching & Consulting
Lead With Clarity. Live With Greater Capacity.
Executive leadership coaching, mental health coaching, and organizational consulting for leaders and professionals navigating complexity, responsibility, transition, and change.
I help leaders and professionals strengthen how they lead, work, and live without losing themselves in the process.
My clients are often carrying significant responsibility. They are leading teams, navigating organizational change, making consequential decisions, managing competing demands, or questioning what their next chapter should look like.
Sometimes the challenge is leadership.
Sometimes it is burnout, stress, boundaries, communication, identity, or transition.
Often, it is several of these at once.
My work creates a structured space to slow the noise, examine what is happening beneath the surface, clarify what matters, and make intentional decisions about what comes next.

Coaching With Dr. Darius Frasure
Darius Ajai Frasure, Ed.D., PCC is an executive leadership and mental health coach who brings more than 20 years of experience across education, leadership, organizational development, publishing, healthcare-related environments, nonprofit work, and culturally complex institutions.
As a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a specialist in evidence-based coaching, Darius has facilitated more than 1,000 coaching sessions with clients across organizational levels and sectors.
His work integrates leadership development, evidence-based coaching, narrative identity, emotional literacy, reflective inquiry, strengths-based development, cultural awareness, and somatic awareness.
The objective is not simply to help you become more productive.
It is to help you become more aware of the patterns, pressures, assumptions, relationships, and stories influencing how you lead so that you can respond with greater clarity, agency, and intentionality.
Executive Leadership Coaching
For Leaders Who Carry Much
Leadership becomes more complex as responsibility increases.
The decisions become less obvious. Expectations compete. Relationships matter more. The consequences of how you communicate, respond to pressure, establish boundaries, and use your influence become increasingly significant.
Executive leadership coaching provides a confidential, reflective partnership for examining both what you are trying to accomplish and who you are becoming while accomplishing it.
Coaching may focus on:
Executive presence and leadership effectiveness
Communication and influence
Strategic thinking and decision-making
Leadership identity
Career and role transitions
Managing competing priorities
Boundaries and sustainable performance
Difficult conversations
Organizational relationships and stakeholder management
Emotional awareness and self-management
Inclusive leadership and psychological safety
Leading through uncertainty and change
Values alignment
Purpose, meaning, and legacy
Moving from technical expertise into broader leadership
I work with senior leaders, emerging executives, managers, educators, healthcare professionals, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and other professionals whose roles require them to navigate complexity while remaining grounded in who they are.

Mental Health Coaching
Sustainable Well-Being for Demanding Lives
You can be accomplished and still be overwhelmed.
Mental health coaching provides a growth-oriented space for strengthening the skills, practices, awareness, and personal systems that support sustainable well-being.
This work is especially relevant for professionals navigating chronic stress, competing responsibilities, significant transitions, overthinking, difficulty setting boundaries, or patterns that make it difficult to rest, recover, or remain present.
Our work may include:
Stress management
Emotional awareness
Healthy coping strategies
Boundaries
Resilience
Self-management
Work-life integration
Managing competing responsibilities
Identifying unhelpful thinking patterns
Reconnecting with values
Developing sustainable routines
Navigating life and professional transitions
Increasing personal agency
Building practices for reflection, rest, and recovery
The goal is not perfection or constant positivity.
The goal is developing greater capacity to recognize what is happening, understand what you need, make intentional choices, and respond to life's demands in healthier and more sustainable ways.
Mental health coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment. When a client's needs fall outside the appropriate scope of coaching, referral to an appropriate licensed professional may be recommended.

How I Coach
Evidence-Based. Reflective. Human.
There is no single formula for effective leadership or well-being.
My approach draws from several complementary disciplines and practices.
Evidence-Based Coaching
Our work is grounded in coaching science, established coaching competencies, reflective practice, and methods designed to move insight toward meaningful action.
Narrative Identity
We examine the stories you tell about yourself, your work, your relationships, your responsibilities, and what is possible.
Sometimes the story that helped you survive one season becomes the story limiting you in the next.
Emotional Literacy
Leadership requires more than intellectual competence.
We develop greater awareness of emotions, patterns, triggers, needs, and responses so that you have more choices in moments that matter.
Somatic Awareness
Stress and leadership are experienced through the whole person, not simply through thought.
Where appropriate, coaching includes attention to physical awareness, presence, energy, and the ways your body responds to pressure and experience.
Strengths and Values
We identify the values, strengths, and internal resources you can intentionally draw upon rather than building development solely around deficits.
Cultural Awareness
Identity, belonging, culture, power, and lived experience shape how people experience organizations and leadership.
I create space for those realities to be examined with curiosity, honesty, and cultural humility.
What Coaching With Me Is Like
I do not coach from the assumption that I know your life better than you do.
I ask questions.
I challenge assumptions.
I notice patterns.
I reflect what I hear.
I help you distinguish what is within your control from what is not.
I invite you to examine the stories beneath your decisions.
And I hold space for both accountability and humanity.
Our work moves between reflection and action.
Insight matters, but insight without practice rarely produces sustainable change.
Together, we identify what you want to change, understand what may be maintaining the current pattern, develop strategies that fit your actual life and leadership context, and evaluate what happens as you put those strategies into practice.
