Prof. Darius Ajai Frasure EdD, MFA, PCC

Dr. Darius Ajai Frasure, EdD, MFA, PCC, is an executive leadership coach, mental health coach, award-winning educator, poet, publisher, speaker, and consultant whose work explores leadership, well-being, identity, narrative, communication, and human development. He serves as Chief Operator and Executive Leadership Coach at Assure Press Publishing & Consulting and as Professor of English at Dallas College. A Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, he has facilitated more than 1,000 coaching sessions. Frasure is also the author of stained glass medusa and of stone and rope and creator of the spoken word album Spoken Pieces. He is based in the Dallas, Texas, area.

Once enmeshed in gang life, English Professor Darius Frasure recounts a turning point in his life where everything changed for him. "With most of my homies dropping out of school, committing suicide, getting locked up or dying," he realized. "Leaving was the only way to secure my future."
